What we delivered?
We created Centrum Zamówień as our own product after identifying a gap in the tools available to organizations with extensive networks of locations. Enterprise systems handle finances and transactions at scale, while the coordination behind joint purchasing starts earlier. Our platform brings that work together, turning local requests into a shared purchasing plan. A common catalog and consolidated plans reveal the full volume available for joint procurement. Coordinators can assess funding for purchases and multiyear investments, while digital approvals keep decisions moving and preserve a clear record.
Centrally negotiated contracts become a convenient way to buy every day. Each location orders through an online shop that brings contracted suppliers together, with agreed prices and delivery conditions built into the process. Delivery records and automatic penalty calculations help coordinators oversee contract fulfilment, while shared reporting connects everyday orders with the organization’s purchasing plans. The platform is used by the city of Gdańsk and across 400 organizational units of the Mazovian regional government.
