What we delivered?
Researchers at medical universities designed VIP2030 to test whether digital health tools can help people build lasting healthy habits. We developed the platform that puts their research design into practice, supporting participants’ daily routines and providing data for scientific evaluation. A tablet application gives participants an accessible overview of their measurements and lifestyle through a visual “health clock”. Personal goals, reminders and nutrition tracking help them put preventive advice into practice.
For medical teams, a web application brings home measurements and clinical information into a coherent view of each participant’s progress between visits. Trends and alerts help clinicians recognise changes that deserve attention and prepare individual recommendations. The study compares digital support alone with the same technology complemented by workshops and professional guidance. Researchers can assess changes in habits and cardiovascular and metabolic risk over time, including whether those changes persist beyond the intervention.
